Getting Started

Step #1 | Schedule Your Class By Calling/Texting or Emailing Us!

Check the schedule to see which class time works best for you. Once you register for your Intro Class you will be contacted by one of our coaches to set up a day and time for your first visit. Make sure you come in about 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, fill out our waiver (if you haven’t already) and you’ll be ready to roll!

Your coach will walk you through the entire class from the warm up, to the strength session, to any skill you may need for the day’s WOD (Work Out of the Day). CrossFit is modifiable and scaleable to all fitness levels so no need to be intimidated! Come in and try it out!

Note: We recommend drinking plenty of water before class and getting a good healthy meal in about 2 hours prior to your class time. We also recommend bringing a banana or some other small snack for afterward.

Step #2 | Sign Up!

If you are ready to start training all you need to do is sign up! If you need help, simply meet with your coach on your next visit and they will show you how to sign up so you can get started on the road to becoming a better you!

Drop-in Policy for Visiting CrossFitters

Experienced CrossFitters dropping in from out of town are more than welcome to join us! All that we ask is that you contact us before you plan on attending to confirm which days & times you will be training with us. Please do not show up unnannounced! We have class size limits and priority goes to our current members. We will have to turn you away from full classes unless you have first confirmed your arrival with one of our coaches. Drop in rates are $20 per visit or buying a shirt (if available)!
