Group Training

At CrossFit Teneo, our core is group training. Each day has a unique workouts that helps you build strength, improve conditioning, and increase mobility. Our workouts blend elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and high-intensity training in different variations and durations.

YOGA

Our yoga classes are low-impact path and help you improve muscle tone, flexibility, and peace of mind. With each guided workout, you’ll reduce your stress levels, improve your circulation, and fine tone your core strength.

Improved fitness is about more than just being physically fit. With our yoga classes, you can work on your state of mind and your body at the same time.

OPEN GYM

We understand that not everyone has time for fitness classes. That’s why we offer open gym access—you can work out on your own terms with our helpful trainers standing by to assist should you need them.
