60 MIN INTRO SESSION!
Coming into a new fitness facility can be a little intimidating, but once you come in you will feel right at home! Sign up now for your 1 on 1 session. Let us go over what we do and see what fitness path is best for YOU !We will put you through an awesome, heart pumping workout that will have you sweating and ready to come back the next day for more. The intro session will be $20 up front, and if you decide to commit to our gym, that money will go into your first month’s membership!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST SESSION:
Here’s a bit of info to prep you for your training session at Teneo. There won’t be any crazy surprise WOD (workout of the day) that we’ll toss you into. We just want to show you exactly why people are so crazy about us, introduce you to some of our members and team, and get you sweating with an introductory workout that represents what you’ll do if you decide to become a member.
During your intro session you will receive:
- An assessment of your current fitness level
- An overview of our training methodology and membership options
- A tour of our training facility
- A heart pumping workout appropriate for your current fitness level
- Information on how to transform your body in a way that’s right for YOU
- And so much more!
