Teneo Barbell Class / The Bullpen Barbell Club

We are happy to tell you about CrossFit Teneo’s new Barbell Club Program! We have been running the Barbell “Class” for a few months with great success and now it is time to expand the vision of the program and allowing everyone the opportunity to improve their lifts moving forward! We focus on breaking the movement down in way’s that we can concentrate on each individual section of these very complex movements. With that, we become more confident, comfortable, and stronger in these lifts. This club is open to anyone whether your an experianced lifter or brand new!

The Barbell Class is still offered Wed evenings at 5:30pm and is strictly for the Teneo CrossFit members to get some extra work doing the main lifts which are the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

The Barbell Club is strictly for Teneo “BullPen” athletes who want to concentrate on dramatically improving their Olympic Weightlifting, specifically in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. You will have the option to become a member of USAW. Programs range from 8 to 16 weeks and includes 3 days of programming per week. USA Weightlifting Certified coaches are on hand to watch you perform your movements and to answer any questions.  We occasionally have fun internal competitions to prepare athletes for USAW sanctioned weightlifting and CrossFit competitions.
