CrossFit Teneo offers Private & Semi-Private Personal Training packages for those looking for personalized programming and/or need more specialized instruction to meet their health and fitness goals. Our coaches are highly educated, and have over 11+ years personal training experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
If you are the type of person that has a difficult time sticking with a program, having appointments made weekly with a personal trainer will hold you more accountable! Just because an exercise program works for one person does NOT mean it will work for another. You do NOT have to be interested in CrossFit methodology or programming. Personal training will only be CrossFit-focused if you want it to be. At Teneo we design and implement individualized programs that are customized specifically for our 1on1 clients including but not limited to:
